A 31-year old woman has been arrested in Edo state for brutally injuring her 15-year old house help in his private area with hot metal.
The Edo state police command confirmed the arrest of Oluwarotimi for not being merciful with 15-year old Jude Joseph.
According to a post by @EdopoliceNG on X(twitter), the young boy had his lap and private area burnt with hot metal after the woman accused him of molesting her children.
However, it is termed a ‘false’ accusation while photos of the incident showed the bandages on the affected areas of the boy’s body which sparked outrage on social media as netizens demand justice on the innocent boy.
Meanwhile, the police has been ordered to transfer the case to the criminal investigation department.
