APGA Condemns Attack On Amagu Nkalaha Community By Herdsmen, Sends Message To Governor Nwifuru

APGA CONDEMNS THE ATTACK ON INNOCENT LIVES IN AMEGU NKALEHA, ISHIELU LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF EBONYI STATE AND CONSOLES THE VICTIM’S FAMILIES.

APGA has condemned the senseless attack on innocent people of Amegu Nkalehu which resulted to the lost of over 20 lives in Ishielu LGA of Ebonyi State.

Reacting to this inhuman act, the Ebonyi born National Youth Leader of All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA and Chairman, Forum of National Youth Leaders’ of all Political Parties in Nigeria FNYLPPN Comr Eze Onyebuchi Chukwu blamed this brutal attack on innocent lives allegedly by the Fulani herdsmen in Amegu Nkaleha, Ishielu LG of Ebonyi State to lack of community security in the state and the need to assist the local communities with a local vigilante outfit whose job will be to secure Ebonyi localities and gather local intelligence for the police.

Governor Nwifuru Speaks on Resolving Effium Crisis

In his words of condolences to the victims, he said “My heart goes out to the families who have lost their loved ones and to everyone affected by this senseless violence. No words can truly ease the pain, but please know that you are not alone in this difficult time.

He therefore call on the government and security agencies to take immediate and decisive action to bring the perpetrators to book and do more protect lives and property and avert reoccurrence. The safety of every citizen must be a priority, and those responsible for these atrocities must be brought to justice. We demand stronger security measures to prevent further attacks and ensure lasting peace in our communities.

May those who have passed rest in peace, and may the wounded find healing. I pray for strength, justice, and lasting peace for your community. Please accept my deepest condolences.”
