INTERPOL Declares 14 Nigerians Wanted
The international police for offence has on Tuesday, declared up to 14 Nigerians(male and females) wanted for different crimes such as human/drug trafficking, etc.
On the list of INTERPOL wanted person include; Felix Omeregie, Jessica Edosonwam, Uche Egbue, Jude Uzoma, Chinedu Ezeunara, Benedict Okoro, Ikechukwu Obidiozor, Alachi Stanley, Timloh Nkem, Austine Costa, Okromi Festus, Mary Eze and Akachi Vistus.
These names were published on the INTERPOL website and these individuals are wanted by different countries for different crimes.
For Omeregie, he is wanted for exploiting minors for prostitution.
Full details of notice read;
“Family name: Omoregie, Forename: Felix, Gender: male, Age: 47 years old, Nationality: Nigerian.”
Omoregie is wanted by the Belgian authorities.
On the other hand, Edosonwam is wanted for organizing competitions for converting the proceeds of an offence, multiple victims trafficking, etc.
She is wanted by the French authority .
Uzoma and Egbue are wanted for drug trafficking by Brazilian government and Argentina, respectively.
Okoro is wanted for organized crime by the Nicaragua Government.
Meanwhile, Ezeunara (Uruguayan Government) offence is drug trafficking.
Nkem(Canada) is wanted for sexual assault.
Costa and Okromi(indian) is wanted for criminal conspiracy and other crimes.
Also, Eze is wanted in Denmark for human trafficking.
Meanwhile, Stanley, Obidiozor and Vitus are wanted in Angola for kidnapping, robbery, etc.
Alongside the list of wanted criminals, the INTERPOL stated clearly that the aim for the publication (Red notice) is to get the law enforcement agents across the world to help them and create awareness for possible threats.
They also made it clear that they need individuals to help locate the mentioned individuals.
