The Kogi State Police command has confirmed to concerned Nigerians of the arrest of Abdulmuqueet for luring his friend, 19-year old Usman Tujani.

Apparently, Musari had lured his close friend to the burial ground where he slit his throat and made away with his 200,000.

However, the police chases after him after Musari’s body was found almost lifeless and taken to the hospital and he’s currently undergoing surgery.

According to the news, Tujani is a POS operator and a 200-level student of cyber security at confluence university of science and technology.

Zainab Avasuahu who spoke to the press, a family member of the victim, begged everyone to help her family to get justice for her nephew who is currently hospitalized.

Fortunately, some vigilantes and security personnel who followed the suspect to a village in Ekiti, apprehended him.

However, speaking to the press, Suleiman Acheneje-Senior special assistant to the LG chairman, confirmed the culprit’s arrest.

He said that the case is under investigation and promises that the culprit would be arraigned to court after the investigation.
