NEWMAX NIGERIA has obtained photos of 78  beneficiaries of Ebonyi State Foreign Scholarship Program studying at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, United Kingdom, had their orientation program today.

According to the Special Assistant on New Media, Mr Leo Ekene Oketa who shared the pictures, Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru is investing in the best and most productive infrastructure – Human Capital Development.
