A man identified as Adedoye Emmanuel has allegedly landed himself in the intensive care unit after drinking sniper following a breakup with his lover whose identity is undisclosed yet.

According to the report, the incident happened in Governor’s Road, Ikotun area of Lagos after Emmanuel lodged himself in a hotel room.

Emmanuel had reportedly bought a sniper insecticide, a coca cola drink and action bitters which he mixed together and drank hoping to take his own life.

However, after a while when the mixture started reacting towards killing him, he raised an alarm and ran out of his hotel room when the manager of the hotel rescued him and they took him to he hospital.

When he was rushed to the hospital, Emmanuel confirmed why he took such a decision owing it to a break up with his lover and some other life issues.

After a while, he got unconscious and was transfered to the intensive care unit of General Hospital, Igando, Alimosho LGA.

While a good Samaritan who wants to remain anonymous foot his bills, the police went to the hotel upon receiving the report and found the sniper which he had mixed to take his life.

As at the time of this report, Emmanuel’s full identify is still unknown.
