A memo which became public following a court filing in a case which challenged Trump’s executive to remove transgender, has revealed that the U.S soldiers who are transgenders will be removed from the military.
The Pentagon in the Wednesday Memo said that such troops can only be pardoned if they obtain a waiver on a case-by-case basis.
The statement also indicated that the ban is set to happen within 30 days.

“Service members who have a current diagnosis or history of, or exhibit symptoms consistent with, gender dysphoria will be processed for separation from military service.
“They considered for a waiver on a case-by-case basis, provided there is a compelling government interest in retaining the service member that directly supports war fighting capabilities.
“To obtain the waiver, these troops must show that they have never attempted to transition. They must demonstrate 36 consecutive months of stability in the service member’s sex without clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning,” the statement read.
