Minister of Finance Inaugurates 50 Commissioners to Settle Tax Dispute

The coordinating minister of the Nigerian Economy, Wale Edun, has sworn in 50 Commissioners as a way of reassuring the country of the commitment of the higher ups to resolving tax dispute.

In Abuja, in Wednesday, this inauguration took place as a way of boosting economic reforms and revenue generation, as the tribunal was built under Section 59 of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (Establishment) Act.

Through a statement made available by the newly appointed commissioner of the Tax Appeal Tribunal, Godwin Oritshe on Saturday, Mr. Edun urged the newly inaugurated commissioners to dedicate their all to serving the country with equity, in their positions.

On his side, the Tax Appeal Tribunal, Godwin Ezigbo, has pledged his accountability and transparency in service.

Also, Mr. Aderibigbe Adedeji who represented the Commissioners said they would do their best to bring economic stability in the country, in their different offices.
