Nigerian musician, Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr. Easi,  has announced the death of his mother, Ifeoma Ajibade, on Thursday just few months after her 60th birthday.

The musician announced the unfortunate news in a post on Instagram on Thursday.

“Thank you, Mummy for your strength, your sacrifices, your unwavering faith. For raising us with love, discipline, and devotion to God.

“For teaching me confidence, entrepreneurship, forgiveness, and family. You were my greatest protector, my toughest critic, and truest Fan.

“You were not perfect, but you were perfect to me. Your legacy lives on. Rest well lfeoma Edith Ajibade,” the 33 year old musician wrote.

While concerned Nigerians and other musicians are mourning with him and consoling him, Temi Otedola, wife of the musician and daughter of billionaire -Femi Otedola, penned down her heartfelt tribute to the mother in-law, too.

She addressed the dead woman as her ‘mummy’ in the comment section of Mr. Eazi’s post.
