The presidency has confirmed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is expected to return to Nigeria today after his trip from Paris to Europe.

Special Adviser to the president on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanug, confirmed this on his X account on Monday.

Recall that NEWSMAXNG had reported that the Presidency noted that Tinubu, despite being away abroad, has been fully active in his duties to Nigeria as her president.

This is following several criticisms over the president’s elongated stay abroad.

However, as at the time of this report, it is not know whether the president has returned as stated, or not.
