Two Nollywood Actors Dead, Others Injured After Eating Director’s Food During House Party
Two Nollywood Actors have died mysteriously in Owerri, Imo state, after eating rice and drinking wine at one of the director’s house after shooting.
This incident reportedly happened on Friday and it has left people talking.
The Police Public Relations Officer of the Imo state police command, Henry Okoye who confirmed the incident also said that two other victims were rushed to the hospital and receiving treatment.
Okoye also stated that the commissioner of police has order an autopsy on the dead bodies and the results would determine the last line of action.
However, while the actual cause of such tragedy remains unknown, different sources have said different things.
One Kaito Karisia who gave an account said;
“The host claimed he left the group in the parlour and went to bed. At around 4 a.m, he woke up to switch over from generator to NEPA. Upon entering the parlour, he found one person dead and the others unconscious. He then raised an alarm.” Karisia stated describing the statement of the director which he said is ‘incoherent’.
However, the identities of the dead and/or injured actors are not yet officially revealed yet, neither that of the director.
