Nigerian award-winning singer, Tiwa Savage has expressed her feel about Nigerian men stating that — although they can be confident and swagalicious, they are not romantic.
In an episode of ‘Thoughts In A Culli, the Water and Garri hitmaker’ the singer spoke her mind.
The singer who got married to music executive, Tunji Balogun popularly known as ‘TeeBillz’ – in 2013, and had a son for him in 2015 – Jamal; a marriage which ended in 2018 –said she does not care much about the money Nigerian Men may have but is more concerned about the depth of their romance which she does not seem to see.
“Nigerian men do have swag but they are not really romantic when it comes down to it. They know how to swag and splash cash but I am not looking for that,” she maintained.
