He would also be registered as a sex offender.
According to the statement, Nosakhare was subsequently arraigned before Aylesbury Crown Court on five counts bordering on penetrative sexual activity with a girl and engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity a charge to which he pleaded guilty.
Following his guilty plea, he was sentenced to six years’ imprisonment by the court on Tuesday.
“Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police, a man was jailed for six years for sexual activity with a girl.
“Elvis Nosakhare, aged 41, of Sheelin Grove, Bletchley, was sentenced to six years in jail at Aylesbury Crown Court on July 29.

“Nosakhare will remain on the Sex Offenders Register for life, and the court also issued a restraining order against him.”
After the sentencing, the investigating officer, Detective Constable Bryn Smith, of the UK Police Child Abuse Unit urged every other victim of abuse out there to not hesitate speaking up as he commended the bravery of the victim during the trial process.
He said; “I want to commend the victim for her bravery throughout both the investigation and court proceedings. I hope that Elvis Nosakhare’s conviction and sentence give her some sense of justice.
“Thames Valley Police has dedicated teams who investigate sexual offences, support victims, and bring offenders to justice.
