Makinde Creates 11-Member Committee to Celebrate 50th Anniversary
The governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, has appointed a former member of the House of Representatives, Saheed Fijabi, as the Chairman of the Oyo State at 50 anniversary committee.
this was contained in a letter signed by the Chief of Staff to the governor, Segun Ogunwuyi, in Ibadan, the state capital.
The Monday letter announced the appointment of the 11-member committee including a former state Head of Service, Ololade Agboola (deputy chairman); Z.O. Ajuwon; Mustapha Areo, Fatimah Azeez; S.A. Adejumo; and John Alabi.
Also on the committee are A.K. Bello Bello, Ronke Adedayo (secretary), Fatai Owoseni, and the Director General of Protocol, Samuel Badejo.
According to the letter, “The appointment is with immediate effect.”
