Makinde Creates 11-Member Committee to Celebrate 50th Anniversary

‎The governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, has appointed a former member of the House of Representatives, Saheed Fijabi, as the Chairman of the Oyo State at 50 anniversary committee.

‎this was contained in a letter signed by the Chief of Staff to the governor, Segun Ogunwuyi, in Ibadan, the state capital.

‎The Monday letter announced the appointment of the 11-member committee including a former state Head of Service, Ololade Agboola (deputy chairman); Z.O. Ajuwon; Mustapha Areo, Fatimah Azeez; S.A. Adejumo; and John Alabi.

‎Also on the committee are A.K. Bello  Bello, Ronke Adedayo (secretary), Fatai Owoseni, and the Director General of Protocol, Samuel Badejo.

‎According to the letter, “The appointment is with immediate effect.”
