Declaration of Withdrawal

I want to thank the People’s Democratic Party platform of which I got a Publicity Secretary position in Ebonyi State after serving for three years as the State Publicity Secretary of APC in Ebonyi in my twenties. In these years of political party service, I have left footprints in the sand of time too noticeable to be undervalued. While in the service at different periods, I served as the spokesman of President Buhari’s Campaign Council for Ebonyi and the one of Atiku Abubakar, GCON, as well as for the both parties’ governorship candidates in 2019 and 2023 respectively.

During those years of service, I encountered what was the risk associated with the space I occupied, and in plenitude. I thank God I survived the brutal attacks and legal missiles fired at me from 2018 till 2025. I thank my friends, supporters and allies; acquaintances, party members and bosses who saw in me a potent zest to serve Ebonyians in the area of publicity. I did my best and it was widely acknowledged by varying spectra of audiences beyond my state.

I want to announce my resignation from the PDP, and party politics for now. This is to enable me diversify and pursue creative writing skill and media influencing in full. This means that from today going forward, I have become nonpartisan and apolitical. I believe that these two areas I’m going into will amplify my relevance and zeal to proffer solutions and contribute more to the growth of society and mankind. Once again, I thank everyone and wish all of us happy Christmas and splendid New Year experience.
