STATEMENT

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has today, Wednesday, 7th January, granted bail to in the matter currently before the court.

Abubakar Malami, SAN, remains fully committed to the rule of law and has consistently demonstrated his respect for due process and the authority of the courts. He will continue to comply strictly with all lawful directives and conditions as determined by the court.
