Justice Omotosho on Thursday designated Nnamdi Kanu as an International Terrorist.

The Judge said this is due to his intention to bomb the British high commission and to kill the then British high commissioner Catriona Laing.

Under international law, the premises of an embassy or high commission can not be invaded by a host country.

In all, Court found IPOB Leader Nnamdi Kanu Guilty On:

Count 1 – Act of terrorism against FRN by making broadcast by threatening that people will die and the world will be at a standstill.

Count 2 – Threats enforcing illegal sit-at-home order

Count 3 – Belonging to a proscribed organization

The judge has equally convicted Nnamdi Kanu in Count 4,5 and 6.
