Nigerians rejoice as Tinubu advises them to Manage electricity.
Recall that on 3rd April, 2024, electricity tariff was raised from N66 to N225 per kilowatt per hour and Nigerians criticized this development heavily.
However, the President of the nation, Bola Ahmed Tinubu (former Governor of Lagos state) has, on Monday, adviced Nigerians on how they can better manage their electricity during his chit-chat session with reporters at his residence in Lagos.
“It is not negative to learn how to manage. Learn to switch off your lights to control electricity bill…” He said.
The APC chieftain also made it known that he is not a believe of price control, says he would rather not thread that path.
