Blord Arraigned in Abuja, Remanded in Kuje as VDM Makes Claims

Nigerian cryptocurrency entrepreneur, Linus Williams Ifejirika, popularly known as Blord, has been arraigned before the Federal High Court in Abuja over multiple charges.

The businessman was brought before the court on Tuesday, April 1, 2026, where he faced undisclosed counts filed by relevant authorities.

Following his arraignment, the court ordered that he be remanded at the Kuje Correctional Centre pending further proceedings. The case was subsequently adjourned, with hearings expected to continue in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, social media activist Martins Vincent Otse(VDM) has made allegations against the defendant in connection with the case.

In a statement shared via his social media platforms, Otse accused Ifejirika of falsely associating him with promotional activities, including claims of a ₦500 million brand ambassadorship deal and the use of his name and image on billboards and promotional materials without consent.

Otse also alleged that fabricated travel documents were created bearing his name to suggest involvement in a product launch. He denied all claims, stating that he does not engage in advertising or promotional deals and had previously declined several endorsement offers.

However, these allegations remain unverified and have not been confirmed by the court or law enforcement authorities as part of the ongoing case.

As of the time of filing this report, there has been no official response from Ifejirika or his legal representatives regarding the claims.
