In a notable policy inclusion, the APC stated that female aspirants, youths, and persons living with disabilities are only required to purchase the Expression of Interest forms, while enjoying a 50 percent discount on the nomination fees.

Additionally, the party provided designated bank accounts across major financial institutions for all payments, emphasizing transparency and compliance with its financial guidelines.

The statement announcing the revised timetable was signed by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, who noted that the adjustments are aimed at ensuring a smooth, credible, and well-organized process ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The development signals the APC’s early preparations and internal consolidation as political activities gradually gather momentum nationwide.
