Lamido Sanusi, the Emir of Kano, has said a word or two prayers for those who are against his reinstation as Emir. In a voice note disclosed on social media, he stated those who are opposing his Emirship are going against the will of God.

The message shared in hausa, also included that fire will consume anyone who is trying to steal Kano’s Peace. He urged residents of the state to maintain law and orderliness and avoid any action that would disrupt peace.

This is perceived to follow the rivalry between Sanusi and Aminu Ado Bayero, for Emirates of Kano state.

After Governor Abba Yusuf made known his intention to remove Ado Bayero and Reinstate Sanusi, the two men have been clashing.
