Popular actress and Icon Genevieve Nnaji surprised Netizens with her response to Age-Shaming comments on her recent post.
She posted a simple headshot of hers without caption and some netizens who wouldn’t mind their business decided to age shame her while she gave it back to them in a witty and sarcastic manner.
A user, @Na Callendron dey tweet, commented, “Mummy, you don old o.” She replied, “Daddy, I don’t wish it on you.”
Another user, @Mai Keke, said, “You really cannot cheat nature. My fine wine is finally growing old.”
Genevieve replied; “It gets worse, bro. I’ll get so old I’ll die. If I’m lucky.”
Many others who commented got similar clap-backs and that has surprised a lot of people.
You can say this is because, Genevieve Nnaji is known for maintaining low profile on the internet and never gives anyone her attention. So, doing this has sparked reactions online.
