A former member of the National Assembly in Rivers State, Farah Dagogo, has filed a law suit against Akpabio, Tinubu and Others over the suspension of Governor Fubara and other members of the Assembly.
The case with suit Number FHC/PH/CS/50/2025, presented before Justice Adamu Turaki Mohammed, has been scheduled for hearing on May 12, 2025.
The former PDP governorship aspirant, had filed the suit on April 8, 2025 requesting the court for reliefs on the state of emergency in Rivers and Fubara’s suspension.
