Popular activist and influencer, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman or VDM, has dished some hot spicy takes to Nigerian politicians and FCT Minister Nyesom Wike after a video surfaced online of the minister casting and binding when his jet had technical issues.

In the recent video of the Wike’s Jet incident which has been making rounds on the internet, a voice which sounded like that of the Minister would be heard calling on God to have mercy and bring things to normalcy.

While it wasn’t clearly seen what was wrong with the private jet, a hand would be seen touching some technical areas while the voice continued praying.

He said; “Father take control, Jesus, come down, lord help us…”

While the video sparked reactions on the internet as many netizens found it hilarious that he minister could be such a fervent prayer warrior, others had something different to say.

However, VDM, in a video on his social media page, on Wednesday, stated that he is happy what happened to the minister happened; “If truly that was him” he said.

According to VDM, the incident looked like a case of God trying to let the oppressor have a taste of what the oppressed go through.

To Wike, VDM said; “The way you were shouting and calling on God to intervene, is the same way some Nigerians cry when you and other politicians oppress them. It is true that you’re doing somewhat well in Abuja with the development and all, but there are some people that have been cheated by your influence.

“You collected their properties and gave to somebody else, that’s how all of them scream ‘Jesus help me, take control’ but nothing happens, at the end of the day.”

To other Nigerian politicians, the activist informed that the way Wike was crying in the video, is the same way Nigerians cry for help when herdsmen attack them.

He added; “This is the same way they scream ‘father take control, Jehovah, Jehovah (Imitates sound of gun shot).”

He went further to analyze how citizens witness the killing of their loved ones while they pray, cry and seek help that they never get.

While VDM stated that he would not exactly rejoice if Wike was to die from the glitch, he advised him and other politicians to understand that they are not gods and should stop oppressing the vulnerable. According to him, Wike’s life was in the hand of the pilot and he would have died instantly if he (the pilot) decided to turn the jet the wrong direction.
