On Tuesday during the swearing in of Ghana’s president-John Mahama where president Bola Tinubu was a special guest of honor, he said African leaders were committed to lifting the nation’s out of poverty.
However, during the speech, he mentioned that the development he talked about would be “at their own pace” referring to the leaders.
Furthermore, he stated that the African nations have nothing to prove to anyone.
“We have nothing to prove to anyone except ourselves. We have found the critical path to our success. We shall lift our nations out of poverty and build a resilient economy at our own pace.” He stated clearly.
Also, he expressed faith in Ghana’s new Government under Mahama, says he is a good man.
