A federal court sitting in Abuja has dismissed a suit seeking to disqualify former President Goodluck Jonathan from participating in the 2027 presidential election, describing the case as an abuse of court process.
The court also awarded a cost of N20 million against the plaintiff in favour of Goodluck Jonathan, alongside an additional N1 million awarded in favour of the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF).
